The Town of Vestal and the Vestal Coal House are teaming up on a community festival on September 23. The “Fall Festivus” is a revival of the Vestal Front Street days which Greater Binghamton residents enjoyed for years, but halted a few years back. This fun family festival will include a musical entertainment by the Egomaniacs and Erin Harkes, games, balloons, face painting, antique car show, baby parade, chalk drawing, food and drinks, a visit by the Zoomobile, much more! All the action will take place at the Vestal Coal House and the surrounding area. (West End of Rail Trail) This is a free event open to the public. Watch for more details on Vestalny.com(Recreation). Co-sponsored by the Town of Vestal Recreation Department and the Vestal Coal House
